and against Malta's membership of the European Union

WE SWEAR TO FREE MALTA FROM THE SLAVERY, COLONIALISM AND DICTATORIAL ILLEGAL EUROPEAN UNION RULE

TELL YOUR PARLIAMENTARY DEPUTY THAT YOU WANT MALTA TO REGAIN INDEPENDENCE AND FREEDOM

The European Union ordered that in 2011 the Maltese and Gozitan people pay it €68,000,000

€186,000 daily stolen from your childrens mouths

The greatest problem for Malta: membership in the EU

It is not true that we cannot leave the European Union

See this European Parliament video that we can leave

Video European Parliament

The first and foremost problem that our country has is membership in the European Union, which unfortunately our politicians are not giving it the importance it deserves, if not at all, they do not agree that it exists.

Because in every sector the Union policy forces us to observe is not the best and most fitting for our circumstances.

The industrial policy that the Union permits us to implement

* closes our factories and

* reduces our employment.

The fiscal policy tat the Union permits us

* makes us lose and

* scare away financial enterprises from coming to our country.

Membership in the Union

* increases our expenses and

* increases the cost of living and

* makes us less competitive

* in products that we produce and

* services that we give, not least,

* in the tourism industry.

Our Prime Minister and Ministers have to devote more than half their time to

* trips,

* meetings and

* discussions of the Union,

instead of dedicating all their time to lead as fitting our country’s affairs without the enormous expenses that is made to meet with the Union activities that are useless to us.

The agricultural policy that the Union imposed upon us is

* crushing our farmers and

* herdsmen,

* apart from costing us great millions in subsidies.

The membership agreement in the Union denied us from the enjoyment of preferential agreements that we used to make with our friendly countries,

* such as the buying of oil from Libya at a reduced price from the market price, and

* denied us the right of reciprocal commercial agreements with countries

* to whom we export duty free and

* they sell us their wares duty free.

Prior to becoming members in the Union, everyone in our country was of the opinion that it is not in the interests of our people to allow foreigners to come and take our work if we have workers capable of doing it.

With membership,

* the Union foreigners come and take the work of Maltese workers without any hindrance.

Prior to membership

* we used to not let anyone stay in Malta without permission.

Because of membership in the Union,

* we have to accept thousands of illegal immigrants

* without being able to send them back to their countries and

* neither allows them to proceed to where they want to go in the Union countries.

The European Union does not want the state to have in its hands vital enterprises such as

* TeleMalta and

* EneMalta,

* the Post and

* the Airport.

That is why the government passed them on, or is going to pass them on

* to the private sector, and worse,

* to foreigners.

After membership,

* great parts of our land are ending up in foreigners hands, and

* Union foreigners have the same right as Maltese citizens to occupy the highest leadership posts in our country,

* and in fact this is already happening.

If we remain members in the Union for many years, Malta will not remain the property of Maltese citizens.

We will lose our country, as we will lose our honour.

The European Union anti-social policy

The European Union policy encourages the companies and capitalists of the Union

* to close their factories and work places in Europe and

* open them in countries outside Europe where the wages are

* extremely low and

* conditions of work are very bad.

Thus, the products made in these countries would cost them less and they sell them in the Union markets with bigger profit for them.

The Union, companies and capitalists do not care at the damage that this policy causes

* to workers, among them

* women and

* children

of the countries outside the Union

What matters is that they make more profit

For this greater profit to be made,

* the Union insists on the policy of free trade of products imported from countries outside the Union and

* on the policy of the free movement of capital

* that exits the Union to be invested in countries outside the Union.

On the strength of the great technological advances in transport and of the means of communications,

* globalization that the Union encourages has exploded to increase the profit

* at the expense of the European workers and

* the exploitation of the workers n countries outside the Union.

When our country became a member in the European Union, it had to embrace this Union anti-social policy.

We became slaves and victims of free trade and unbridled market. Imports exploded and exports decreased.

Work

* decreased,

* factories closed,

* unemployment increased.

But the commercial sectors sold more and made greater profit.

They understood that it would be better for them to make strong propaganda in favour of the European Union anti-social policy and for our country to give greater support to the Union.

They grabbed the mass media means to influence the people in favour of the Union policy.

With the millions paid by the Union in propaganda, it was possible for the mass of the people to become dizzy and agree with the poison of the Union policy.

This anti-social European Union policy is like a drug.

It makes you dependent on it,

* and you are never happy with what you’ve got,

* but always want more,

* and contract debt to satisfy your craving.

The sectors of society that are making most profit from this anti-social policy are bombarding you all the time with propaganda of how you are living better and how you quality of life has become better.

But in fact, the mass is living worse and its quality of life greatly worsened.

The tragedy is that the parents think that they are preparing a better future for their children when in fact they are condemning them for a future full of bitterness and great social upheaval that reins in the European Union.

They should look at the destruction of the youthful lives of Europe and become aware of what great social and moral trouble the Union is offering them with its unbridled free market and competition policy.

The deceit of membership in the European Union

They boast all the time that we have acquired 855 million Ewros from the European Union, but they never say that we are paying straight back to the Union 420 million Ewros

Why do they not say this?

Because they want to continue to deceive the people

* as they have long been doing for a really small majority of a few thousands

* to approve the 2003 membership agreement in the Union,

* on the strength of the millions that were spend on propaganda in its favour.

They neither mention the millions that we have spent and are spending every year to try and keep up with what membership in the Union demands.

As an example,

* to keep 55 civil service officers in the Maltese Embassy in Brussels,

* to keep 40 Police Officers to implement the Schengen agreement,

* to keep hundreds of other public officers

*spread around the ministries and government departments

* to process the river of documents that we receive every week from the Union, and

* the travel expenses every week for hundreds of meetings of the Union that are held during the year.

We have made and are making all these expenses,

* apart from the millions that we have paid to introduce the Ewro

* and to become members in the Union Central Bank

* and the millions that we have lost on the aid that we had with our friendly countries,

* that were terminated with our membership agreement in the Union.

Because they know how much membership in the Union has cost us and how much it is costing us,

* they do not want to made a cost-benefit analysis,

* not to show the people that in fact we have a deficit

* and that therefore the boasting about the 855 million

* is all false and

* an exercise in deceit,

* because of membership we are in fact paying more than we are receiving.

This does not mean that we have those who are better off with membership, and others, are much better off.

These have all the interest to make propaganda in favour of the union that is feeding them.

They do not care about the mass of the people that is not benefiting from membership, and that the country is paying more than it is receiving from the Union.

They are looking after their personal and political interests, at the cost of betraying the interests of the mass of the people and of the country.

We went back to the times when we were a British colony, when a number of Maltese persons paid more homage to the Queen than to our country, and used to care for the British imperial interests more than they used to care for the interests of their Maltese brothers and sisters, and they were paid handsomely for this.

The same thing is happening today.

We have Maltese persons who are being paid by the Union

* and have sold their soul and honour to it,

* or see in it greater opportunities for personal advancement

* and for them the Union comes before their country.
* For us, Malta shall always remain first and foremost.

More information about the Union: the European elections

The popular interest in the European Union is constantly decreasing, as is shown by the percentages of those who vote in all the member countries of the Union in elections for the European Parliament.

* In the 1979 elections 63% had voted.

* In the 1984 election 58.5% had voted.

* In1994 election 56.8 had voted.

* In the 1999 election 49.8% had voted and

* in the last election in 2004, only 45.6% went to vote.

A smaller treaty

The European Union took the advise of the French President Nicolas Sarkozy to make a smaller treaty instead of the Constitution that the French and Dutch had voted against.

While the Constitutional Treaty had 67,850 words, the Lisbon Treaty has 76,250 words!
