WELCOME TO THE CNI WEBPAGE
CAMPAIGN FOR NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE

Was, is and shall remain in favour of Maltese workers
and against Malta's membership of the European Union
TELL YOUR PARLIAMENTARY DEPUTY THAT YOU WANT MALTA TO REGAIN INDEPENDENCE AND FREEDOM
The European Union ordered that in 2011 the Maltese and Gozitan people pay it €68,000,000
€186,000 daily stolen from your childrens mouths
Movement for Malta’s Independence
It is not true that we cannot leave the European Union
See this European Parliament video that we can leave
To those Maltese and Gozitans who treasure Independence and
Freedom, to those who are not happy that our people no longer have their destiny
in their own hands, and to all those who do not agree with the policy or the
rule of the European Union, the Campaign for National Independence CNI, now that the election has passed, encourages them to unite
and support the establishment of a Malta Independence Movement.
Whatever is your political belief –
* Nationalist,
* Labour,
* Alternative or
* National Alliance –
if you understand that membership in the European is more damaging than
beneficial to the mass of the people and our country, you should work so that as
soon as possible our country shall leave the Union.
This will occur when there shall be a majority of Maltese and Gozitans who want
that a Government elected democratically will not be forced to do as decided by
a majority of the foreign governments of the Union countries, notwithstanding
the vote against of the Government of Malta.
As the political history of many countries teaches us,
youths, especially students are always at the forefront in the fight for
independence and freedom.
We hope that also in Malta, many youths have the moral fibre to put aside their
own egoistic interests and dedicate their efforts and talents to redeem their
country and free themselves and the Maltese people from the yoke of the foreign
governments of the European Union.
The youths, encouraged by a patriotic spirit and from the
love for our people should not allow their friends to demoralize them into
looking for their personal and financial interests before the good of the people
and be lost with the propaganda of the Union foreigners.
The political history of many countries, including Malta, shows us that the
workers class was a protagonist in the fight for Independence and Freedom from
foreign rule.
This is what happened in our country in the fight to become for the first time a
sovereign state and a democratic republic.
This time, the fight is against the foreigner and many
workers are ready to sacrifice even their employment for our country to become
independent and free.
The foreigner was not a small adversary and the fight was hard in years gone by.
Today the fight for Independence and Freedom is not going to be less hard
because this time the fight is against our own Maltese and Gozitan siblings who
sold their loyalty to the Union foreigners and from whom they are well paid.
We have to fight against their egoistic interests that led
them to sacrifice the interests of the masses of the Maltese people.
*
However hard will be the fight and however long will be the road,
* all those who treasure liberty for our people,
* love our country and
* want social development and
* the good of the people,
should get together so that we shall work so that Malta will again be
* sovereign,
* independent and
* free from the European Union,
although
partners with it in the work for peace and the increase in cooperation between
us and between all peoples of good will.
We should all work in the coming months,
* in our respective political parties,
* in trade unions and
* social organizations that we appertain to,
* in the higher educational institutions,
* so that our ideal will be embraced by the majority of Maltese and Gozitans and
* our people shall again acquire their destiny in their own hands and
*
our people shall again be independent and free.
The
Maltese people are living a lie
The Maltese people are living a lie.
All the time they are telling them that they are going to
receive 855 million Ewros in 7 years from the European Union, without telling
them that we have to deduct
360 million Ewros that we give to the Union during
the same years.
* Later we came to know that the sum is 420,000,000 euros
Therefore the net amount that remains is of 495 million
Ewros in 7 years, which means that we are going to have 70.7 million Ewros each
year, which amounts to 30.5 million Maltese liri each year.
This amount of 30.5 million Malta Liri are not enough to recuperate the great expenses that our country makes each year, caused by membership in the Union.
These expenses consist in payments for the great number of
public sector employees in Malta and outside our country connected with the
European Union and the traveling expenses connected with the continuous meetings
of the Union every week.
The amount of salaries and all the other expenses are so great that the
government is refusing to give information about them, notwithstanding the
continuous demands made to it.
It does not give the information because it is afraid to
show how our country is in deficit in this matter.
It should be said that these expenses are being made
without the country benefiting anything from them, because the granting of 30.5
million Malta Liri each year by the Union are already promised and whatever
amount of expenses we incur, we can neither increase them nor decrease them.
That’s why we can say that the greatest part of these
expenses are being spent for nothing except to appear with those of the Union
that we are up to it and with the directives that it issues.
Even with respect to the Union directives and regulations our people are living a lie.
Because around 75 percent of the European Union directives and regulations
* that were translated into Maltese for our benefit
* are totally irrelevant to us,
* are not useful to us and useless to us
except as a lot of documents that cost
* a lot of work and
* expenses
* to be translated into Maltese.
Now that we have been nearly four years as members in the European Union we
ought to make a cost-benefit analysis of our country’s membership in the
Union, so that the people would have a clear picture of the situation and would
be able to understand how it is not true that it was economically better for us
to become members in the Union.
It was not better for us not only because of
* this financial deficit,
* but also because of
* the bad consequences on work and employment,
* on the cost of living,
* on the exaggerated price of immovable property and
* on taxes
many of which it was the European Union that forced the Government to introduce,
* such as the VAT,
* Eco Tax, and
*
the levies on oil products.
Apart from these financial and economic disadvantages of
membership in the Union, we have also suffered very bad social consequences.
Perhaps the worst one is
* the social destruction that we are having
* with the thousands of illegal immigrants
* that the policy
* and regulations of the Union
* obliges us to keep in our country,
*
even against their own wishes.
Even in this issue the people
* are not being told the truth,
* so as not to become aware that the damage that is being caused
* is the fault of the European Union
* that does not allow us to help the immigrants
*
to continue on their way to the
countries that they want to go to in Europe.
It is shameful for the Maltese leaders who are hiding the
truth from the people so that they will not become aware that it will be
beneficial to leave the Union.
That is why we feel it is our duty not to stop from speaking and write the truth about membership in the Union, notwithstanding that every possible measure is taken for us not to be heard and our writings not to be read.
The
treachery of the European Union
The number of those who criticize the European Union for
its corrupt leadership, for its mistaken policy and for its treacherous means is
ever increasing.
During the last few weeks, one of the finest writers, Frans Sammut, wrote thus:
“The
people now know at first hand, because they are seeing with their own eyes and
touching with their hands, what the European Union means and that its laws were
made to meet the requirements of countries that have little to do with our
requirements, aims and aspirations”.
During these last two weeks, Dun Anġ Seychell (a priest) thus wrote:
“…we
want to know in what are being spent the millions that we the Maltese people are
being obliges to give to Brussels.
If we can spend them badly and they go into the pockets of speculators, this is
the same in Brussels. We know only too well how much corruption there was in
Brussels along the years. We well remember the time when all the top brass that
led the European Union had to resign. We know only too well the life style in
Brussels of those who are living off the backs of the citizens!”
Last week in an English local newspaper, appeared a letter by a certain Joseph
Lia about the European Union and Finland.
He said that the Union at first accepts the demands made
by a country when it seeks membership in the Union, notwithstanding that it
knows that they are compatible with its established regulations.
Then after membership, when the country goes according to what is known as the
common position of the country and the Union, once the country is bound by
membership, the Union says that the common position is not agreed as is
pretended by the country.
And the Union starts to insist that the country do as the
Union wants.
When the country does not do so, the Union then passes on
to its last weapon, by taking the case before its Court of Justice.
Thus the Union gets its own way and it has the ardour to
insist that this Macchiavellan treachery is justice.
The writer continued to show how the magazine Time stated that the European
Union excels with the vast number of regulations that it makes with which it
rules its member states and turned over the meaning of sovereign states.
Because while a sovereign state has all the rights in its hands and not under
foreign rule, the Union once it rules the member states, it stripped them of
their sovereignty.
This happened to Malta, which is no longer sovereign and whoever thinks
otherwise, is daydreaming, insists Joseph Lia.
This writer then speaks about what happened in the hunting issue in the Finnish
Aaland Islands.
Their people voted yes in the referendum on membership in
the Union, after they were assured that they shall continue to enjoy their
rights that they had on hunting.
After membership, The Union Court of Justice decided that spring hunting was
illegal according to the Union rules, except for a small exception.
The Court decided that the hunters in the Aaland islands can hunt one species in
spring.
In the same manner the Court can decide Malta’s case, that the hunters have a right to hunt certain species during Spring.
If such a decision is given, it will be unveiled how the Union is treacherous with the people that become members in it.
If the decision is against, the hunters will confirm how
the European Union and its propagandists in Malta deceived them prior to the
referendum.
