What the people expect on illegal immigration

It is not true that we cannot leave the European Union

See this European Parliament video that we can leave

Video European Parliament

A few days ago the Prime Minister admitted that our country is facing an invasion.

Not a soldier’s invasion, neither of tourists, but of illegal immigrants (although he called them irregular immigrants).

What the Prime Minister did not say is that all this great trouble for our people is all the fault of the European Union.

Because the immigrants come near our shores because our country is in the EU, and this hinders the Government how to treat the illegal immigrants, and does not permit it to allow them to go to whatever other member country they want to go.

The Italian Government took drastic steps about illegal immigrants, notwithstanding the harsh criticism of the European Union.

It enacted a law that considers as a criminal offence that an immigrant enters Italy without documents.

He will be condemned to between six months and four years imprisonment and any property lease of sold to him will be confiscated.

If the Italian Government, who similarly to us is in the European Union, took these drastic measures to handle the emergency of illegal immigration, what is stopping the Maltese Government to take drastic steps to stop the invasion of Malta by illegal immigrants?

The answer is easy.

The Maltese Government doesn’t have the fibre to stand up to the European Union to protect the interests of the Maltese people, and neither to tell it to take the illegal immigrants that come to our country itself.

Moreover the Government is showing that it had already resigned itself that many more illegal immigrants are going to come to Malta.

It is being said that it is even going to turn the Kalkara School into an illegal immigrants center.

With this measure it is going to burden Kottonera with the problem of illegal immigrants, after having already burdened it with the problems of air pollution and the destruction of the environment.

It is also being said that 2,000 places are being readied for more illegal immigrants.

This shows that the Government is not going to send back the illegal immigrants, when they have already reached around 11,000 that have arrived in our country.

We have already had centers that were set up with financing from the people for women who had to leave their home, together with their children, that have been changed into centers for hundreds of illegal immigrants.

There is no doubt that our country cannot bear the expenses to keep all these illegal immigrants.

The expenses amount to many millions each year.

It was estimated that every illegal immigrants costs our country around €30 daily.

This is apart from the human resources that are dedicated to them – soldiers, police, those who give them medical and hygiene services, social workers and many members of voluntary organizations who help them.

We are making a great mistake that today or tomorrow we shall have to pay for it and our children and children’s children will have every reason to condemn us because they shall also have to face many ugly consequences that are caused by our mistake of allowing illegal immigrants to remain here.

Instead of understanding that illegal immigration is the work of criminal organizations for the profit made by trafficking illegal immigrants, we are helping this criminal activity by keeping the immigrants in our country.

We are neither realizing that among the immigrants there are a number of whom were soldiers who had left, and others who were in prisons and escaped.

It is said that the Somali who unfortunately was part of the crew of the Simshar fishing vessel, had escaped from his country and had also escaped from a prison in Libya, and without knowing what he had done to be sent to prison, we gave him the liberty to go wherever he wanted in our country.

These ex-soldiers and ex-prisoners are a threat to the security of our people.

Lately it came to be known that some of the immigrants in the detention centers exercise and train similarly to soldiers.

Notwithstanding all this we do not know anything about their past, and we give them the liberty to roam around the country, without knowing whether they are a danger to our citizens.

Many of the illegal immigrants come without any documents purposely.

This fact should worry us more, but instead our politicians are thoughtfully calling the immigrants irregular instead if illegal, and facilitate for them the procedures to be granted the status of “refugee”, and in the absence of this, to be considered as “humanitarian” immigrants.

It became known that representatives of foreign governments in our country showed their concern that among the illegal immigrants there are also terrorists.

This fact should be of more concern to the Maltese authorities.

There is no doubt that this causes great concern to our people.

However, our politicians, not to upset the European Union are like the three monkeys of the story… they see not, they hear not and neither do they speak about the great damage that illegal immigration is causing to us, and more so it shall do in the future.

But public opinion, in the vast majority, is worried about the damage that is being caused with the presence of thousands of illegal immigrants in our country.

The public opinion neither agrees that the illegal immigrants take the work of the Maltese citizens because they are paid less, as well as not agreeing that the immigrants being exploited.

It can also be said that in certain areas of our county, there already exists a certain tension among the inhabitants due to the quantity of immigrants that there are in the area.

It appears that the media is not understanding well the gravity of the social problem of thousands of illegal immigrants who remain in our country for a long time, and of those who are given the right to remain here.

On this issue the media is not reflecting the opinion of the majority of the public that does not approve those non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that, while they give great help to the immigrants, harshly criticize all those who insist that our country cannot welcome so many thousands of immigrants.

Once that now the Prime Minister has recognized that our country is facing an invasion, the people are right to ask what measures are going to be taken by the government to guard against it?

The people understood that the EU is not going to help us to stop this invasion.

They still need to understand that to stop the invasion and reverse it, we need to go against what the EU wants us to do.

That is that we send the illegal immigrants back forthwith or allow them to go to other EU countries.

The people expect nothing less than this from the Maltese politicians.

Golden words of a Labour exponent prior to the Referendum

“We have practiced democracy ourselves and we did not need others to teach us to practice it. And we have a better democracy than various countries in the EU itself”.

Dr Busuttil’s act of faith

By Eddy Privitera

Asked during an interview whether referenda should be held in the EU countries, Dr Simon Busuttil, now a Member of the European Parliament, and previously the Head of the EU Propaganda Office in Malta (MIC), answered thus:

“If someone would want to hold a referendum, I will tell them that they should ask the people the real and most important question: Do you still want to remain in Europe or not?”

Although Busuttil is one of the greatest apostles of the EU in Malta, I did not expect this comment from him.

Well according to him, you should not try to explain to the people for what they are going to vote, for the people to be in a pposition to decide whether they agree or not with what is being proposed.

For him, the referendum should only serve as an act of faith for the EU.

For him, whoever votes no, does not want to remain in the EU, while those who vote yes, want to remain, and are ready to accept all that the EU wants to make, even if it is against the interests of the people.

According to Simon Busuttil, ether you believe in the EU in everything, or you do not believe in it.

According to this reasoning, the Irish people want to leave the EU because they voted NO to the Lisbon Treaty.

Just the same the French and the Dutch wanted to get out of the EU, once they voted no to the EU Constitution

There is no doubt that if England had to hold a referendum, the vast majority of the English people would vote no, and therefore want to leave the EU.

And if referenda were held in other EU countries, it is certain that where a majority says no, then according to Dr Busuttil, they would want to leave the EU.

If this suggestion by Dr Busuttil had to occur, what will happen to the EU?

I suggest to Simon Busuttil, a stupid question as it will be stupid if the Zimbabwe President, to show how democratic he is, holds a referendum and the question will be:

“Do you want to remain living in Zimbabwe or not?”

If the majority votes for it, because they would want to remain in their country, Mugabe would take it that they are accepting everything that he does.

While those who vote no, Mugabe will take it that they no longer want to live in Zimbabwe and therefore he expels them.

In the two cases, a question as has been suggested by Simon Busuttil, means one thing: you either submit to the will of the rulers, or leave.

Congratulations on what type of democracy the EU wants, Dr Simon Busuttil!

What Dr Drake wishes

The representative of the European Commission in Malta, Dr Joanna Drake, expressed her wish that the Labour media, that is l-One TV, Super One Radio, The newspaper Kullħadd and Maltastar, start being used to deliver the EU message to the Maltese people.

Drake wants the Labour media to be part of EU propaganda machinery?
