CAMPAIGN FOR NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE

Was, is and shall remain in favour of Maltese workers

and against Malta's membership of the European Union

WE SWEAR TO FREE MALTA FROM THE SLAVERY, COLONIALISM AND DICTATORIAL ILLEGAL EUROPEAN UNION RULE

TELL YOUR PARLIAMENTARY DEPUTY THAT YOU WANT MALTA TO REGAIN INDEPENDENCE AND FREEDOM

 The European Union ordered that as from 2010 the Maltese and Gozitan people pay it €182,192 daily stolen from your childrens mouths

The UE continues to burden us

The hundreds of public transport char-a-bancs

* who had to cede their property and work

* are other victims

* of our country’s membership in the European Union,

* like the thousands of workers of the destroyed Shipyard

* and of the factories that had to close down.

Prior to the last election,

* the Government promised the association of the char-a-bancs owners

* a ten-year contract.

But after the election,

* on the 13 May last year,

* Minister Gatt admitted

* that he could not give the public transport contract

* to the owners association,

* because the European Union did not allow the government

* to honor its pre-election promise,

* and forced it to issue a public call for offers

* also open to foreign companies.

Now the Government has forced the owners to cede their licenses and sell their vehicles, and for this they are going to be paid the sum of €53,824,800.

From the 400 char-a-bancs that the Government bought, it can only sell 125 to the company that is going to be given the public transport contract, while it is going to scrap 315 old char-a-bancs.

For the licenses that the Government took back and for the old char-a-bancs that it is going to scrap, the sum of €38,449,800 are going to be paid.

While in the case of the 125 char-a-bancs, the government is going to collect back from the company that is going to be given the contract the sum of €1,625,000 from the sum of €15,375,000 paid for them, the bigger amount of €38,449,000 cannot be recovered and is therefore going to be added to the country’s national debt.

Vain bragging

The Government is bragging that it will be better for the country with the changes in the public transport because it is not going to continue to pay a subsidy of about €8 million every year.

But this is not true and the country is going to lose not gain, and the blame lies squarely with the European Union and those servile to it in Malta who serve it and betray the national interests.

Because if the government had the aim of not continuing to pay the subsidy for the public transport, it would have achieved this aim if it honoured its pre-election promise and gave the public transport contract to the char-a-bancs owners association.

It did not have to give to contract to foreigners, except to satisfy the European Union against the country’s interests.

Because the company that is going to take the public transport in its hands want to make profit from us.

The profit that is going to be made from the fares that the Maltese people will have to pay for public transport will go to foreigners.

If the contract was given to the char-a-bancs owners association,

* the profits would have remained with the Maltese owners

* and no subsidy would have been paid

* and neither the sum of €38,449,000

* that is being paid for the taking back of the licenses

* and for the buying of the old char-a-bancs that are going to be scrapped,

* and the €13,750,000 for the 25 char-a-bancs that the Government is going to keep.

The foreign company that is going to be given the public transport contract for ten years need not only to make profit, but would have to redeem the capital that it is going to pay to buy the 125 char-a-bancs from the government, for which it is going to pay €1,625,000, and in buying other char-a-bancs to have the necessary fleet for the public transport service in our country.

The profit and the recovery of the capital that the foreign company has to make will have to come from the fares that the Maltese public will have to pay.

Like Ġaħan (Goha)

The Government is acting like Ġaħan in this public transport issue.

It is bragging that the country is going to save, but the country is going to lose.

Because apart from the profit going to foreigners, the country is going to be burdened with a debt of €52,199,000, and the interests that have to be paid on them every year.

If the interests are to be 6%

* every year,

* the government will have to pay the sum of €3,131,940

* that are added to the national debt of more than €4 Billion

* that the country already has.

This damage is happening at the capriciousness of the European Union and the criminal complicity of the Maltese Government.

With all this the country is going to be burdened with the burden of the payment every year of the pensions to a number of char-a-bancs owners that chose to retire from work prior to reaching the normal retiring age.

This faculty that the Government gave them also means that every year the income from the contributions that they paid for social security will decrease.

This does not help to decrease the burden of pensions greater than the income from contributions paid for Social Security.

In the face of this financial disaster that the country is going to suffer with the changes in the public transport, the government is deceiving the people because it is not saying the truth that it is not in the national interest that it is not honouring its pre-election promise that it had made to give the public transport contract to the char-a-bancs owners association for ten years.

The betterment that the Government says it wants to happen in the public transport could have been assured just the same by the Government by imposing it in the conditions of the new contract to the owners association.

A responsible government would have kept its word with the char-a-bancs owners, whatever the European Union says, and would not have broken their hearts and expropriate their property, and burden the Maltese people with great financial burdens for a long time.

Marta Andreasen blows the EU cover

by Eddy Privitera, Campaign for National Independence CNI

Marta Andreasen is the ex-Chief Accountant of the European Commission.

She was expelled from her very important position because she did not want to close her eyes to the fraudulent acts, corruption and scandalous management of fraud of the European Union.

The banal reason that the European Commission gave to get rid of Marta Andreason was that “she was not loyal” to the European Commission.

Marta Andreasen published a book in May 2009, exactly before the European Parliament election.

In this book whose title is “Brussels laid bare”, Marta Andreasen gives details that surely surprise those who believe that the EU is a serious and transparent institution.

Because the facts that she uncovered give a completely different picture.

It’s not in vain that they had to see how to invent every excuse to get rid of Andreasen so that no one else would open their mouth and uncover the scandalous manner how the money paid by the citizens in taxes that are sent to the EU are being stolen.

To have an idea of what you are going to find if you get and read this book, I am going to repeat what is written on the book back cover “Brussles laid bare”.

“This book may be the most important that was ever written about the EU. Because while the others tried to uncover what is going on in the corrupt heart of Brussels, no one was of the level of Marta Andreasen, who was the Chief Accountant responsible for all the EU Budget.

As payment for all her efforts to make the EU finances transparent and accountable, the corrupt Brussels apparatus first worked out a plan to silence her, then humiliate her, and finally destroy her.

Possibly no other case shows in a clearer manner how the EU, by means of stealth, deceit and bullying, has become a modern tyranny.”

For whoever is worried by the EU fearsome power, this book is necessary.

I suggest

* both to Commissioner John Dalli

* and the Maltese MEP’s,

* to the Maltese Members of Parliament,

* as well as to the Maltese and Gozitans

* who do not want that our money that we pay in taxes

* to be stolen in the scandalous manner

* as is happening in the EU,

* to get this book.

In the European Parliament elections, Marta was elected on behalf of the United Kingdom Independence Party that wants the UK to leave the EU.

If Andreasen had to come and inform the Maltese people!

How about the CNI inviting her?

Instead of the European Commission succeeding in closing Marta Andreasen mouth, today she is in a better position to lay the EU bare.
